With Baby Cheeks there's no extra washing required (including soaking). They can be washed with other garments. Remove the inserts (immediately from the pocket of the nappy) and rinse/ring out dry and then put the insert/s (with the nappy) in the dry pail/bucket. It is stain resistant fleece, so shouldn't need to soak (knowing after a few washes the resistant does wash out). But if it has come up stained a quick nappy san spray (before it goes into the wash is fine)
